长时间持续的坐姿是现代生活方式的特征,已被认为是一种易于引起下肢动脉或静脉血栓形成的因素。在长距离不停地驾驶汽车、长时间作空中旅行以及长时间看电视的人中,深静脉血栓形成的发病率已有过报道。本文研究的是强迫乘坐汽车作长距离旅行对止血的影响,和在这种情况下阿斯匹林对血栓形成倾向的预防作用。雅典和萨洛尼卡两个中心协作,并应用同样试剂、仪器和标准技术,从而保证了可靠地进行对比研究。
Long-term sustained sitting posture is a characteristic of the modern way of life and has been considered as a factor that easily causes arterial or venous thrombosis of the lower extremities. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis has been reported among people driving long distances over long distances, traveling long distances, and watching television for long periods of time. This article looks at the effects of forced car travel on long haul trips and the prophylactic effect of aspirin on thrombophilia in this context. The two centers, Athens and Thessaloniki, work together and apply the same reagents, instrumentation and standard techniques to ensure a reliable comparative study.
