利用中心波长为1060 nm的输出波形可调的皮秒脉冲激光器作为种子源,采用掺镱(Yb)光纤放大器将该信号放大,最终得到输出脉宽范围为0.5~10 ns,平均功率为18~21 W,峰值功率为11~30 kW,单脉冲能量为0.02~0.13 mJ的近似单模的500 ps脉宽可调主振荡功率放大(MOPA)光纤激光器(M2=1.5)。该高峰值功率、高单脉冲能量及高平均功率的光纤激光器满足激光加工、材料处理和非线性转换等领域的需要,尤其对于激光加工热影响敏感的材料是一种重要的光源。
The signal is amplified by a Yb - doped fiber amplifier using a picosecond pulsed laser with a center wavelength of 1060 nm and adjustable output waveform.
