《方言》编者案——这里发表本刊资料室剪报所得三份人口资料:(壹)《参考消息》一九八六年十二月六日和七日转载香港《华人》月刊十一月号所登,该刊特约驻澳门记者文星所作《五洲华人分布简况》。(贰)《人民日报》海外版一九八九年三月十一日所登忠民所作小资料《海外华人多,足迹遍世界》。(叁)《人民政协报》一九八九年三月七日所登本报消息《海外华人二千七百万左右》。考虑到壹和贰两项资料人数不同而百分比相近。(贰)的合计数比地区之和多得多,百分比也不合。现在先並列元文与我们重新计算的百分比。
