综放开采的工艺特点以及煤层赋存条件的复杂性和多样性决定了综放开采顶煤损失是不可避免的,提高顶煤回收率是实现综放高产高效开采的关键。针对秦源煤矿的具体情况,为了优化放煤工艺参数,提高放顶煤的采出率,提出了单轮顺序放煤1次放2架、单轮间隔放煤1次放2架、单轮间隔放煤1次放1架3种放煤方式,并通过工艺性试验观测和比较了3种条件下原煤产量、煤质及支架工作阻力,综合分析得到单轮间隔放煤1次放1架是最有效的放煤方式。
