本文分析了单圆弧齿轮啮合特点,利用哈姆洛克——道森点接触弹性流体动力润滑理论,设计了单圆弧齿轮弹性流体动力润滑油膜厚度的计算模型,导出可供设计者计算的实用公式,从而可预见轮齿的失效形式。通过应用举例可看出,恰当选择轮齿参数,润滑油粘度等可改善轮齿润滑状态,以达到减小摩擦,提高传动效率,延长轮齿寿命的目的。
