增压空气的冷却可使增压柴油机热负荷降低,这在增压柴油机的工作过程中已被充分证实〔1〕。但是高参数的增压空气中冷系统的获得是与中冷器尺寸的增大和提供冷却空气的风扇尺寸的增大分不开的〔2〕。由此可见,增压空气中冷系统热效率的状况,取决于一些互相矛盾的因素的协调,比如在中冷器和中冷系统的其它元件的尺寸既要满足布置条件,又要符合经济观点的情况下,达到增压空气冷却的最佳效果。
