随着新时期的教育理念和教育模式的改变,为适应当今教育教学工作发展的需要,提升学生发展的积极性和创造性,塑造终身学习的理念。我们在教学活动开展过程中,重点突出了以下两方面的问题:一方面,教师要成为终身的学习者和引导者,在应试教育面前,教师不能只重视“尖子生”而忽视“学困生”。在新课程中,教学的模式得到了改变,从单一的教师主体转变成了教师与学生共同参与教学活动的新模式,调动了学生学习的积极性。另一方面,通过各种生动、灵活的方式和活动来丰富教学内容和形式,调动学生的思维,激发学生的兴趣。
With the change of educational philosophy and educational mode in the new period, in order to meet the current educational and teaching work development needs, enhance the enthusiasm and creativity of student development and shape the concept of lifelong learning. In the process of carrying out teaching activities, we highlight the following two issues: On the one hand, teachers should become lifelong learners and guides. On the other hand, through a variety of vivid and flexible ways and activities to enrich teaching content and form, to mobilize the students ’thinking and stimulate students’ interest.
