研究了铁与5 -Br -PAN -S的显色条件。在PH4.2的缓冲液中 ,形成1 :2型的稳定配合物 ,配合物的最大吸收峰位于740nm波长处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.90×104L·mol-1-1·cm-1。铁量在0~70μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。本法适用于矿石样品中微量铁的分析。
The color conditions of iron and 5 -Br -PAN -S were studied. The stable complex of 1: 2 type was formed in the buffer of PH4.2. The maximum absorption peak of the complex was at 740 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity ε = 1.90 × 104L · mol-1-1 · cm-1 . Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 70μg / 25mL. This method is applicable to the analysis of trace iron in ore samples.
