今年是今年是中国共产党成立91周年,也是新中国成立63周年,六十多年年来中国的经济取得了巨大的发展。经济的发展依靠人们创造力的发挥,而人们创造力的有效激发与利用,需要以一定的制度环境和制度生产力为前提条件。在某一历史阶段,有的制度有利于激发人的创造力,有的制度却压抑甚至扼杀人的创造力;同一制度,在这一时期有利于人的创造力发挥,在另一时期却阻碍人的创造力发挥。新中国新制度的建立为我国制度生产力的发展提供了强大的政治推力,有效地促进了我国物质生产力、科技生产力的不断发展和国际竞争力的不断提高。
This year marks the 91st anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party and the 63rd anniversary of the founding of New China. Over the past six decades, China’s economy has made tremendous progress. Economic development relies on the creativity of the people, and the effective stimulation and utilization of creativity requires a certain institutional environment and institutional productivity as prerequisites. At some historical stage, some systems are conducive to inspire people’s creativity, while others suppress or even stifle people’s creativity. The same system, at this period, is conducive to the creativity of man and hinders at another stage Human creativity to play. The establishment of the new China’s new system has provided a powerful political push for the development of the productive forces in our system and effectively promoted the continuous development of the material productive forces and the productivity of science and technology in our country and the continuous improvement of the international competitiveness.
