以1978年配制的17个杂交组合及其亲本为材料,研究了早期世代表现与后代选择效果的关系。对F_2、F_3及两代平均单株荚数,单株粒数、单株粒重、百粒重、小区产量、小区产量优势与高世代选择效果的关系选行了分析。相关分析结果表明,除了F_3单株粒数及单株粒重外,F_2代全部性状及F_3代的其它性状与高世代选择效果均无显著相关。但分类分析表明:初世代中较劣的组合后代有80%表现不良。F_3代单株粒重较高的组合中有75%的组合后代表现优良。F_2代单株粒重及F_2、F_3代的单株荚数、粒数表现优良的组合中大约有一半的组合后代表现较优。而F_2、F_3代小区产量较高的组合中只有1/4左右的组合后代表现较优。初世代中等产量的组合有30—40%组合后代表现优良。上述结果表明,在早期世代淘汰劣势组合是为可靠的,而选择高产组合的可靠性较小。以不同性状选择的效果又是有差别的。
Based on the 17 cross combinations and their parents prepared in 1978, the relationship between early generation performance and offspring selection effect was studied. The relationship between F_2 and F_3, the average number of pods per plant, grain number per plant, grain weight per plant, grain weight per plant, yield of plot, yield advantage of plots and selection effect of high generations were selected. The results of correlation analysis showed that all the characters of F_2 generation and other characters of F_3 had no significant correlation with high generation selection effect, except F_3 per plant and grain weight. However, the taxonomic analysis showed that 80% of the poorer combined offspring of the first generation performed poorly. F_3 generation of high grain weight combinations of 75% of the combination of progeny showed excellent. F_2 generations per plant weight and F_2, F_3 generations of pods per plant, the number of grain performance of the combination of about half of the combination of the progeny showed better. However, only about 1/4 of the combinations with higher production of F_2 and F_3 communities showed better performance. The first generation of medium-yield combination of 30-40% combination of offspring is excellent. The above results show that the inferior combination in the early generation is reliable and the less reliable in the selection of high-yield combination. The effect of different traits is different.
