科学、合理的商标策略有助于促进高新技术企业的发展。根据商标法的规定,结合企业发展实际,高新技术企业在发展过程中,应当采取的商标策略有:及时进行商标注册,促进品牌化发展;把商号注册为商标,实现商标与商号的一体化;注册防御商标,促进企业发展多元化;通过集体商标注册,实现集体、团体效应;使用证明商标,提高产品或服务的公信度;采取多种措施,争创驰名商标。
Scientific and reasonable trademark strategy helps to promote the development of high-tech enterprises.
