目的:采用HPLC测定明目地黄片中莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚的含量。方法:采用Diamond C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-80%乙腈(24∶68∶8),流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温30℃,紫外检测波长为236 nm。结果:莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚分别在0.046~0.736、0.062~0.992、0.063~1.008、0.0445~0.712μg范围内,进样量与峰面积具有良好线性关系(r=0.9997,r=0.9998,r=0.9997,r=0.9997),平均回收率分别为96.92%(RSD=1.05%)、97.83%(RSD=1.18%)、96.49%(RSD=0.88%)、98.33%(RSD=0.85%)。结论:所用方法可靠、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定及质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of morroniside, loganin, paeoniflorin and paeonol in Mingmu Dihuang Tablet by HPLC. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of Diamond C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water-80% acetonitrile (24:68:8) at a flow rate of 1.0 m L · min- 236 nm. Results: Morroniside, loganin, paeoniflorin and paeonol were in the range of 0.046 ~ 0.736,0.062 ~ 0.992,0.063 ~ 1.008,0.0445 ~ 0.712μg, respectively. There was a good linear relationship between injection volume and peak area (r = The average recoveries were 96.92% (RSD = 1.05%), 97.83% (RSD = 1.18%), 96.49% (RSD = 0.88%), 98.33% (RSD = 0.9998, r = 0.9998, r = 0.9997, RSD = 0.85%). Conclusion: The method is reliable, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content and quality control of the preparation.
