一、工程概况与原Ⅳ级钢筋相比,HRB500级钢筋具有强度高、延性好、碳当量低、可焊性优良等特点,将是我国用于混凝土结构、预应力混凝土结构中的主导受力钢筋。HRB500级钢筋的化学成分如表1所示。HRB500级钢筋的力学性能如表2所示。为了推广应用HRB500级钢筋以及编制相应技术标准的需要,我们于2006年3月开始,在“郑州华林都市家园68号楼”工程中进行了HRB500级钢筋试点应用。

In order to promote the application of HRB500 steel and the need to formulate the corresponding technical standards, we started the trial application of HRB500 steel bar in the project “Building 68, Zhengzhou Hualin Metropolitan Home” from March 2006.
