2010年,安徽省蒙城县委、县政府提出“百万亩吨粮建设”工程,加快推进农业机械化发展,在全县推广土地深松整地作业。为确保蒙城县土地深松作业的顺利实施,县委、县政府在政策、资金等方面给予大力支持,县农委、县农机事业发展中心和各乡镇认真组织实施,广大农民不辞辛劳,积极配合,圆满完成了2万hm~2(30万亩)土地深松的作业任务,为蒙城县“百万亩吨粮建设”打下坚实基础。
In 2010, Mengcheng County Committee and County Government of Anhui Province put forward the project of “one million mu of land for tonnage of grain”, accelerating the development of agricultural mechanization and promoting the land subsidence and soil preparation in the whole county. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the land subsoiling operation in Mengcheng County, the county party committee and county government strongly support their policies and funds. The county agricultural commission and county agricultural machinery development center and all townships and towns have been earnestly organized and implemented. The vast number of peasants worked tirelessly and actively , Successfully completed 20 000 hm ~ 2 (300000 acres) land subsoiling task, for Mengcheng “million mu of grain construction ” lay a solid foundation.
