北京首钢特殊钢有限公司(以下简称特钢公司)系首钢集团下属的具有独立法人资格的子公司。特钢公司前身北京钢厂和北京特殊钢厂始建于1958年,1983年并入首钢,是中国特殊钢重点生产企业之一。 特钢公司总部设在石景山区,其所属单位主要分布在石景山和宣武两区,总占地面积为138.32万平方米。特钢公司注册资本为41717万元,截止到1998年底资产总额达到22亿元,年销售收入10亿元。公司在册职工现有11000人,其中具有大专以上学历的职工1285人,占职工总数的11％;具有中级以上职称的职工382人,占职工总数的3.5％。
Beijing Shougang Special Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Special Steel Company) is a subsidiary of Shougang Group, which is an independent legal entity. Special Steel Company, formerly known as Beijing Steel and Beijing Special Steel was founded in 1958, merged into Shougang in 1983, is China’s special steel one of the key manufacturing enterprises. Special Steel Company is headquartered in Shijingshan District, its subordinate units are mainly located in Shijingshan and Xuanwu District, with a total area of 1,383,200 square meters. Special steel company registered capital of 4,177,170,000 yuan, as of the end of 1998 total assets reached 2.2 billion yuan, annual sales income of 1 billion yuan. There are currently 11,000 registered workers in the company, of whom 1285 have a college education or above, accounting for 11% of the total number of employees. Among them, 382 have mid-level or above titles, accounting for 3.5% of the total number of employees.
