本文从理论上分析和总结了光亮电镀镀层结合力方面的各种疵病。并对其产生的原因和现象做了较为详细地分析,同时对镀层脱落现象也作了较为形象地概括,以便有的放失地排除各种故障。光亮电镀多为多层镀层。镀层脱落究竟发生在镀层体系的什么位置上,这是排除此类疵病的首要条件。对此,本文做了较为详细的探讨。并得到实践的验证,同时,对于双电极现象以及镀层脆性与镀层结合力的关系也做了相应的分析,这对于尽快地查明原因、排出故障具有较好的指导作用。
This paper analyzes and summarizes various flaws in the bonding of bright plating coating theoretically. The causes and phenomena are analyzed in detail.
