朝阳区河道整治工程项目多,任务重,这对质量监督管理工作提出了新的挑战。分析了朝阳区河道整治工程的特点,简述目前水利工程质量监督工作现状,从水利传统建设模式、本地区环境因素和质量管理人员素质三方面对存在的问题进行了剖析,就如何在新形势下加强对河道整治工程的质量监督管理进行了探讨,有针对性地提出一些解决思路与建议。
Chaoyang District, river regulation projects and more heavy tasks, which put forward the quality of supervision and management of new challenges. This paper analyzes the characteristics of river regulation works in Chaoyang District, briefly describes the current status of water quality supervision work, analyzes the existing problems from three aspects of water conservancy construction mode, environmental factors in the region and quality management personnel quality. In the light of the new situation Under the strengthening of the river regulation project quality supervision and management were discussed, put forward some solutions to ideas and suggestions.
