德育,是我们党和国家教育方针的重要内容之一。中小学德育工作,是关系到能否把学生培养成为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的新一代,关系到社会主义事业的成败、国家和民族的前途和命运的一项战略任务。因此,搞好德育工作具有极为重要的意义。要搞好德育工作,必须对其特点加以分析、把握,才能做到有的放矢。下面我就德育工作的一些特点谈点自己的看法,与各位同仁共同探讨。 一、德育工作具有社会性的特点 Moral education is one of the important contents of our party and national education policy.
