新时期,随着社会对人才实践技能要求的日渐提升,众多的高职院校集合专业实际普遍开展了顶岗实习教学,这一注重实践与理论相平衡的教学方式在起步阶段起到过重要作用,但现如今的效果和作用却有了一定的折损。为了最大限度发挥顶岗实习对强化学生实践水平的作用,本文试着提出了从目标管理视域出发审视当前高职院校的顶岗实习教学,结合当前顶岗实习的现状与不足,从高职院校自身实际和目标管理视域特点试着为当下高职院校学生的顶岗实习管理提出了操作简便、针对性强的新举措。
