漫湾水电站溢流表孔的掺气减蚀设施,通过不同比尺的模型试验研究,优化出以坎、槽组合型较好。根据试验成果分析,并结合施工现场实况,为设计推荐掺气设施的布置型式、位置、体型尺寸均为工程采用并已建成。从1994年汛期原型观测的成果表明:掺气浓度沿程分布、通气孔风速、进气量、空腔负压及气水比等项成果与模型试验规律基本一致,均满足规范要求。说明设计的掺气设施的体型、尺寸是合理的、有效的。
The aeration and erosion reduction facilities of the overflow hole of Manwan Hydropower Station are optimized by the model test and research of different scale, so that the combination of ridge and trough is better. According to the analysis of the test results and the actual situation at the construction site, the layout type, location and size of the aerated facilities are recommended for the design and have been completed. The results of the prototype observation from the 1994 flood season show that the results of model tests such as the distribution of aeration concentration, the velocity of aeration holes, the amount of intake air, the cavity negative pressure and the ratio of gas and water are basically consistent with the model test, all of which meet the requirements of the code. The design of aeration facilities body size, size is reasonable and effective.
