一、树立“读者第一,服务育人”的思想。开放式阅览室必须处处从读者利益出发,为读者提供方便,最大限度地满足读者需求,吸引更多的读者来利用图书馆,不断提高文献的利用率。工作人员的服务态度直接影响读者对整个图书馆的形象,因此,工作人员应不断加强职业道德和文化修养,要牢固树立“读者第一,服务育人”的思想,从内心建立起对读者的尊敬热爱,关心和帮助读者,并落实在行动中,以最快捷准确的方式满足读者的需求。对图书馆事业有正确的认识,建立强烈的事业心,在工作中尽职尽责,满腔热情地去接待读者,服务读者。
First, establish a “reader first, service education ” thinking. Open reading room must be based on the interests of readers everywhere, to provide readers with convenience, to maximize the reader’s needs, to attract more readers to use the library and continuously improve the utilization of the literature. Staff attitude directly affects the reader’s image of the entire library, therefore, staff should continue to strengthen professional ethics and cultural accomplishment, to firmly establish “reader first, service education ” thinking, from the heart to establish the right Readers respect, love, care about and help readers, and implement in action, in the most efficient and accurate way to meet the needs of readers. Have a correct understanding of the cause of the library, establish a strong sense of professionalism, due diligence in their work, enthusiastic to receive the readers, serve the readers.
