在居住建筑中,住宅及与住宅相辅相成的景观、公共设施等是规划与设计者、建设与管理者关注的宏观层面。居民更为关注环境质量、文化氛围、人群结构等微观层面,特别是与人交流、交往等方面的精神需求。中国正进入人口老龄化快速发展时期的大背景下,社区承载着老年人居住和生活的大部分行为内容,社区的户外坐憩空间是满足交往需求的基础载体。笔者在体验广州市海珠区晓港新村社区的日常生活中,对晓港中马路住宅通道中的无名老式理发铺产生了兴趣,进而展开对其所处场所发生的日常行为等进行调查,旨在对老年社区的坐憩空间进行一次有意义的研究。
