蘑菇是我地栽培历史最长的一种食用菌,其栽培技术不同于其它食用菌,是一种高投入高风险的栽培业。为了适应生产上推广蘑菇棚栽技术的需要,本课题组特从上海市农科院食用菌研究所引进了该所近年正在向全国推广种植的7个蘑菇新菌种,用我地栽培面积较大的308菌种作对照,进行菌种比较试验。现将试验结果小结如下。
Mushroom is one of the longest cultivated edible mushrooms in our country. Its cultivation technology is different from other edible mushrooms and it is a cultivation industry with high investment and high risk. In order to meet the needs of promoting the production of mushroom shedding technology in production, our group specially introduced seven new mushroom species that are being popularized throughout the country from the Institute of Edible Fungi of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years. 308 strains of bacteria as a control, comparison test of bacteria. The test results are summarized below.
