患者陆×、男,14岁,学生,住院号3129。1985年4月21日入院。入院前一天因感到“尿道外口搔痒”,以缝衣针插入尿道止痒。不慎缝衣针滑入尿道内。嗣后即感尿道灼痛及轻微尿痛、无肉眼血尿。既往无手淫史。当天下午即到本市某医院诊治,膀胱区平片示尿道金属异物转来我院。入院后查体:T36.5℃,一般情况好。会阴部相当于尿道球部可触及一细条状硬物,触痛明显。尿常规:WBC少。X线骨盆区平片示耻骨联
Patient Lu ×, male, 14 years old, student, hospital number 3129. April 21, 1985 admitted. The day before admission due to feel “outside the urethral itch” to sew needle into the urethra itching. Accidentally sewing needle slides into the urethra. Immediately after the sensation of urinary tract pain and slight dysuria, no gross hematuria. Past history without masturbation. That afternoon a city hospital diagnosis and treatment of the city, urinary tract bladder plain film showed foreign body transferred to our hospital. After admission, physical examination: T36.5 ℃, the general situation is good. The perineal equivalent to the urethral bulb can reach a thin strip of hard objects, tenderness significantly. Urine routine: WBC less. X-ray showed pelvic plain pubic symphysis
