自从“素质教育”和“新课程改革”这些时尚名词出现之后,我们许多年轻教师就对数学有了新的理解。努力更新自己的教学理念,积极探索新的教学方式,课堂教学发生了很大的变化:呈现方式的多样性,合作交流的普遍性,人文关怀的亲切性,更多的鼓励,更注重探究的过程。我们的数学课堂变得热热闹闹,数学课充满着生命的灵动与活力。
Since the appearance of such fashion terms as Quality Education and New Curriculum Reform, many of our young teachers have come to new understandings in mathematics. Strive to update their own teaching philosophy and actively explore new ways of teaching. There has been a great change in classroom teaching: the diversity of presentation styles, the universality of cooperation and exchange, the cordiality of humane care, more encouragement and more attention to inquiry process. Our math class has become bustling, math class is full of life agility and vitality.
