伴随经济制度的改革,工业企业的经营模式也逐渐迈向新阶段,如何让工业企业以独特的经营模式崭露在市场,就需要兼顾企业的成本控制与财务监督机制,促进企业更好地发展。文章主要从工业企业的成本控制与财务监督机制的方法进行分析,并以浙江省建设机械集团有限公司为例,结合两者之间的关系,实施有效措施保障成本控制工作与财务监督工作。
With the reform of the economic system, the business model of industrial enterprises is also gradually moving towards a new stage. How to make industrial enterprises appear in the market with their unique business models requires that the cost control and financial supervision mechanisms of the enterprises should be taken into consideration to promote the better development of the enterprises . The article mainly analyzes the methods of cost control and financial supervision mechanism of industrial enterprises. Taking Zhejiang Provincial Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. as an example, the article carries out effective measures to guarantee cost control and financial supervision according to the relationship between the two.
