邓小平同志1992年初视察南方的重要谈话,内容非常丰富,全篇贯通着一条清晰的脉络,这个脉络可以用他讲的三个“关键”词语连结起来,这就是:“抓住时机,发展自己,关键在发展经济”,“经济能不能快一点发展起来”“关键在人”,“说到底,关键是我们共产党内部要搞好”。应该说,这条脉络反映了小平同志一贯思想。必须注意到,小平同志在这次讲话中,关于党的建设的论述,是在他作出了“计划和市场都是手段”这一英明论断,为我国的市场经济建设奠定理论基石之后,作为发展市场经济的政治保证提出的。这就是说,我们今后在研究和从事党的建设的时候,不能抛开它做为市场经济政治保证这个前提,党的各项建设,都要同市场经济联系在一起,因此不可避免地要打上市场经济的印记。
