几千年以来,基本的工作单位一直都分等级来组织,垂直结构也确实是有效的。然而不健康的等级体系也为组织发展带来了一系列的问题,这些问题包括决策缓慢、创新受阻、组织执行力差等问题。这些问题产生的根源在于组织中职与权、权与利的高度关联,因而本文本着削弱职与权、权与利的关联程度而加强能力、绩效和利益大的关联性的核心理念提出了两个构建健康等级体系的原则。
