引言在我国的各机关事业单位内部都有自己的政工队伍。政工干部的能力、素质直接关系到机关事业单位建设的质量,也关系到一个单位能否团结一致、将重心转移到为创建和谐社会软环境上来。尤其在当前要实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的背景下,如何进一步提高各机关事业单位政工干部的综合素质和自身修养,是当前政工干部需要迫切解决的问题。
