拓展训练走进高校体育课堂,引起了研究者和实践者的广泛关注。文章从《普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的目标和要求入手,分析了拓展训练引入高校体育课程的可行性和必要性,并从拓展训练引入的实践出发,提出几个关键问题:(1)拓展训练应该引入高校体育课程,但必须加以适当改造;(2)始终贯彻“健康第一”的指导思想,促进大学生身心和谐发展;(3)有利于大学生建立体育生活方式;(4)高校体育教师应与时俱进,融合体验式与传统式教学,进一步提高自身素质。
Expansion of training into the college PE classroom has aroused widespread concern of researchers and practitioners. The article starts from the goal and requirement of the teaching outline of PE Curriculum in Colleges and Universities and analyzes the feasibility and necessity of expanding training to introduce PE Curriculum in colleges and universities. Based on the practice of expanding training, several key questions are put forward: (2) always implement the “health first” guiding ideology, to promote the harmonious development of college students physical and mental health; (3) is conducive to college students to establish sports lifestyles; (4) to promote the development of sports physical education in colleges and universities, but must be appropriately modified; ) College physical education teachers should keep pace with the times and integrate experiential and traditional teaching to further improve their own quality.
