“应试体育”的弊端已逐渐被国人所认识 ,而“应试体育”的弊端则鲜为人知。全运全作为“应试体育”的主要表现形式 ,已逐渐显露出滞后于时代发展的迹象。全运会需要与时俱进 ,它不能游离于时代经济、文化、体育的发展而固步自封。中国教育界提出用“素质教育”取代“应试教育” ,体育界也同样应该远离“应试体育”。各地的“全运战略”应该包容更大比重的“素质体育” ,寻求体育事业的全面发展

National Games need to keep pace with the times, it can not be free from the economy, culture, sports development and rest on our laurels.
