大批量原油顺序管输计划优化中存在关于节能-平稳的矛盾性优化目标。提出了一种可视化优化排产方法,该方法基于隐枚举法求得各支管各流量条件下的最优泵组合及能耗,获得最低能耗(最优泵组合)-转折流量曲线,而后将各支管的最低能耗-转折流量曲线按所规定的总时间约束进行叠加,生成综合能耗-综合流量曲线,获得直观的综合经济输量区间,为计划人员安排各类原油的批次顺序和输量时提供参考,辅助实现关于矛盾性目标的折中优化。用该方法对示例管输任务进行了计划优化,结果表明:采用可视化流量优化方法提高了管输方案编制的经济性和时效性,同时由于优化方案的可视性较好,能够降低辅助业务人员降低方案编制失误的风险。
