使用纯稀土合金、1号RE-Si-Fe合金和4号RE-Mg合金作为铸铁变质剂,以检查稀土对铸铁磷共晶形态的影响。结果表明,当稀土加入量达到一定值后,铸铁中的磷共晶变得更细小和分散。含磷稀土化合物的形成和稀土促进磷在共晶团边界上更不均匀地偏聚是这种良好影响的原因,纯稀土合金的变质效果比1号RE-Si-Fe合金更好。
Pure rare earth alloys, RE-Si-Fe alloy No. 1 and RE-Mg alloy No. 4 were used as the cast iron modifier to examine the effect of rare earth on the morphology of the cast iron phosphorus eutectic. The results show that when the amount of rare earth reaches a certain value, the phosphorus eutectic in cast iron becomes finer and more dispersed. The formation of phosphorus-containing rare earth compounds and rare earths to promote more uniform segregation of phosphorus at the boundaries of the eutectic groups are the reason for this good effect, and the modification effect of pure rare earth alloys is better than that of RE-Si-Fe alloy No.1.
