近年来,处于激烈竞争压力之下的电信企业,其员工心理面临许多困扰。这不仅影响了员工的积极性和创造性,而且致使员工流动率上升,工作效率和业绩下滑,人力资源管理成本加大。现实表明,员工个人的心理问题还具有一定的扩散性,会直接影响团队的凝聚力。如何保障和维护员工的心理健康,构建和谐劳动关系,成为各级电信企业和工会组织面临的重要课题。
In recent years, under the intense competitive pressure of telecommunications companies, their employees face many troubles. This not only affected the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, but also led to employee turnover, work efficiency and performance decline, human resources management costs increase. The reality shows that the personal psychological problems of employees also have some diffusibility, which will directly affect the cohesion of the team. How to protect and maintain the mental health of employees and to establish a harmonious labor relationship has become an important issue facing telecom enterprises and trade union organizations at all levels.
