蒋华小学坐落在扬子江畔,是一所换发青春活力的百年老校。学校占地面积28264平方米,建筑面积5191平方米。校园内文化设施齐全,人文气息浓厚,自然景观与人文景观相得益彰,是泰州市花园式单位。学校现有19个教学班,专任教师72人,具有专科及以上学历的占教师总数的82%。在职教师中,拥有中学高级教师3名,小学高级教师43名;拥有泰州市学科带头人1名,教学能手1名,教坛新秀4名;拥有泰兴市名校长1人,名教师1人。
