深圳市龙岗区同乐主力学校创办于1934年,是一所历史悠久的广东省一级学校。学校拥有优越的地理条件和深厚的文化底蕴,在抗日战争和解放战争时期,既是当地文化教育中心,又是区委领导机关的所在地——1940年2月,地下党坪山区委在此设立。1998年秋,在龙岗区人民政府的关怀和同乐社区的大力支持下,学校得到了香港主力集团公司(捐资450万元)的大力资助,建起了一座高标准规划、现代化气息浓郁的花园式校园,定名为同乐主力学校。目前学校占地面积6.2万平方米,校园环境优美,绿草如茵,鸟语花香,整洁静谧。学校现有教学班22个,学生1011人,教职工75人,其中教师65人。学校拥有优良的革命传统,德育工作以“和谐教育”为指导思想,高擎“继承”和“创新”两面旗帜,通过不断实践和探索,以“学会健康生活,做一个道德高尚的人”为理念,以爱国主义教育和传统美德教育为主旋律,以生命教育和心理健康教育为切入点,全方位推进素质教育,探索出一条以“学会健康生活”为核心的生命德育工作新路子。学校以“心理教育、生命教育、关爱教育”为内容,实施特色鲜明的“三育”德育。同乐主力学校是龙岗区的小学中最早且最完整地开设心理健康教育课的学校,建有全区最专业的心理咨询室,从一年级起开设心理健康教育课。全校86%的教师持有广东省心理健康教育证,具有心理健康教育任职资历。学校确立了“生命关怀”的价值取向,编写了《小学生社会性品质培养手册》
