本文以五六式7.62mm和5.56mmM193两种枪弹对狗和模拟介质射击为致伤模型,以高速摄影、瞬态测压和病理解剖等手段,观察了致伤瞬间血管移位变形和不同管径内压力呈梯度衰减规律,并证实了致伤瞬间确有血流扰动的存在,结合远端组织脏器的病理变化特点,阐明了远隔脏器的损伤与致伤瞬间所致血流剧烈扰动的强度之间的关系,为判定严重创伤并发症发生发展的规律提供理论依据。
