为了解决矿山充填接顶的急需,我们研制了一种大流量,高压力的砂浆泵。1975年经矿院双方的共同努力,第一台砂浆泵试制成功,随后在凡口铅锌矿进行了设备性能及工业性试验。1977年我们与济南卫东机械厂协作完成了第二轮样机的试制,并在济南市建筑公司4201工地进行了垂直管道压浆试验,取得了良好效果。1978年10月,冶金部科技办公室委托济南市机械局和山东省冶金局,主持召开了UBY—10/35型液压砂浆泵的技术鉴定会。经会议鉴定初步定型,并转小批量生产。
In order to solve the urgent need of mine filling and roofing, we have developed a large flow, high pressure mortar pump. In 1975 by the joint efforts of both parties, the first mortar pump trial success, followed by a mouth lead-zinc mine in the performance of equipment and industrial tests. In 1977, we cooperated with Weidong Machinery Factory of Jinan to finish the trial production of the second prototype and carried out the vertical pipe grouting test at the construction site of 4201 in Jinan City, with good results.
