目的:建立测定薄荷药材及饮片中薄荷脑含量的定量分析方法。方法:用聚乙二醇(PEG)为固定液的毛细管柱;柱温初始温度为60℃,以15℃/min升至130℃,保持2min,以20℃/min升至230℃,保持2min。进样口温度250℃,FID检测器温度250℃。结果:薄荷脑进样量在0.102~0.714μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996,加样回收率为99.4%(RSD=1.4%,n=6)。结论:本方法结果准确,重现性好,简便快速,适用于控制薄荷药材质量。
Objective: To establish a quantitative method for the determination of menthol content in peppermint herbs and Pieces. Methods: The capillary column was fixed with polyethylene glycol (PEG). The initial temperature of the column was 60 ℃ and the temperature was raised to 130 ℃ at 15 ℃ / min for 2min. The temperature was raised to 230 ℃ at 20 ℃ / min for 2min . Inlet temperature is 250 ° C and FID detector temperature is 250 ° C. Results: There was a linear relationship between peak area and volume of menthol injection in the range of 0.102-0.714 μg / mL. The correlation coefficient was 0.9996. The recovery was 99.4% (RSD = 1.4%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reproducible, simple and rapid, suitable for controlling the quality of mint medicinal materials.
