在知识管理的知识创造、知识编码、知识应用三个部分中,知识应用部分很少被人们研究,但是这部分对于组织的增值最为重要,而知识整合作为知识应用的核心非常值得进一步讨论。与传统团队相比虚拟团队作为21世纪的一种非常普遍的工作机制,其研究价值毋庸置疑。为了扩展知识管理理论,本文详细研究了在虚拟环境中知识整合面临的四个限制因素:知识交互方面的限制、共同理解方面的限制、情境知识的分享和保存方面的限制、组织联系缺乏弹性的限制。
In knowledge management knowledge creation, knowledge coding and knowledge application, the application of knowledge is seldom researched by people, but this part is most important to the value-added of the organization. Knowledge integration as the core of knowledge application deserves further discussion. Compared with the traditional team virtual team as the 21st century, a very common working mechanism, the research value of no doubt. In order to expand the theory of knowledge management, this paper studies in detail the four constraints of knowledge integration in virtual environment: the limitation of knowledge interaction, the limitation of common understanding, the sharing and preservation of context knowledge, the ineffectiveness of organizational connection limit.
