近日,海关总署在与外经贸部、国家经贸委等部门进行协商后,就1999年底进口许可证延期使用等问题发出紧急通知,主要内容是:一、1999年度的重要工业品(包括成品油、化肥、腈纶、涤纶、聚酯切片、汽车轮胎)和氧化钠进口许可证有效期一律截止到2000年4月30日,对已到期(包括展期后又到期)的许可证,企业须持原证部门办理延期手续并换领新证,海关凭换发的新证办理验放手续。二、1999年度的《重要工业品进口登记证明》和1999年度的胶合板、石棉《自动登记进口证明》有效期一律截止到2000年4月30日,到期的《重要工业品进口登记证明》和胶合板、石棉《自动登记进口证明》自动延期至4月30日,不需要办理延期、换证手续。
