1985年9月中旬,清远县石角区开展流脑多醣菌苗接种,发生偶合蛛网膜下腔出血死亡一例。菌苗:冻干流脑多醣菌苗,武汉生物制品研究所生产。批号:8528～1,8528～2。死者朱某,女,10岁,小学三年级学生,住清远县石角区塘头村。9月14日在区中心小学接受流脑多醣菌苗0.5ml于左臂外侧三角肌下缘皮下注射,约40分钟后在课室内突然昏倒,口吐白沫,即行现场抢救,注射1/2支肾上腺素(按过敏性休克处理),并转送石角卫生院继续救治。病情有所好转,直至中午出现颈硬,频繁呕吐,单侧肢体活动受限,血压
