为了预测养分调控对草坪质量的影响,建立养分调控下草坪质量变化的数字模型,试验对草地早熟禾建植草坪进行了不同的养分处理,而后测定各组的盖度、高度、密度、颜色等影响草坪质量的因素值及内源激素吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)含量值。结果表明:不同养分处理组草坪各质量因素值、内源激素IAA含量及综合质量评价结果均差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);进一步分析发现,植株内IAA含量的变化与草坪各质量因素变化均高度相关,由此建立了草坪各质量因素随IAA含量变化模型,该模型能够预测在养分调控下草坪中内源激素IAA含量变化时草坪各质量因素变化趋势,为草坪养护管理提供科学参考。
In order to predict the effect of nutrient regulation on lawn quality, a numerical model of turfgrass quality under nutrient regulation was established. Different nutrient treatments were applied to the turfgrass planted in grassland. Then the coverage, height, density, color and so on Factors influencing the quality of turfgrass and content of endogenous hormone indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). The results showed that there were significant differences between the different nutrient treatment groups (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the results showed that the IAA content in the plant was significantly correlated with the IAA content The changes of quality factors of lawn were highly correlated. Based on this, the model of each quality factor of lawn with IAA content was established. The model can predict the change trend of quality factor of lawn when the endogenous hormone IAA content in turf under nutrient regulation, Management provides a scientific reference.
