研究了涂布法制备的FcCOOH/Nafion在LiClO4和甘氨酸底液中,00~08V(vs.SCE)电位范围内均可呈现FcCOOH的氧化还原峰。FcCOOH/Nafion聚合物薄膜修饰电极对水溶液中的多巴胺(DA)在pH20~40范围内均有良好的电催化作用。利用旋转圆盘电极进行了催化过程动力学分析,求出了催化反应动力学参数。修饰电极的稳定性和催化稳定性都较好,在DA的浓度为20×10-5~15×10-3mol/L的范围内,催化峰电流与DA的浓度呈良好的线性关系,有应用于分析DA的意义。
The FcCOOH / Nafion prepared by the coating method was studied to exhibit the redox peaks of FcCOOH in the potential range of 00 ~ 08V (vs.SCE) in the LiClO4 and glycine bottom solutions. FcCOOH / Nafion polymer film modified electrode has good electrocatalytic activity for dopamine (DA) in aqueous solution at pH 20 ~ 40. The kinetic analysis of the catalytic process was carried out by using the rotating disk electrode, and the kinetic parameters of the catalytic reaction were obtained. The stability and catalytic stability of the modified electrode are good. In the range of DA concentration of 20 × 10-5 ~ 15 × 10-3mol / L, the catalytic peak current has a good linear relationship with the concentration of DA, In the analysis of the significance of DA.
