用井式气体渗碳炉进行碳氮共渗时,往往在要求提高炉内气体压力时,需把引火帽上的排气间隙调小,这时容易堵塞排气口(当用尿素、甲醇、丙酮做渗剂时尤其易堵),影响工艺的正常进行。我们在废气管上接上一个废气接受瓶(如图),瓶的容量约5000毫升左右,装上4000～4500毫升的水。瓶口用橡皮塞塞上,不要太紧,以不漏气为准。再在橡皮塞上插入两根φ12毫米的玻璃管或铜管。
