实验测量了氟铝酸盐玻璃对 3.8μm激光的透射率以及在高功率连续DF激光作用下的破坏阈值。根据实验结果 ,应用耦合热弹性理论和大型有限元程序 ,模拟了氟玻璃窗口在矩形光斑作用下的温度响应和力学响应 ,分析了氟玻璃破坏的机理 ,由此推断靶材断裂的危险点 ,并和实验情况相比较。最后 ,对氟玻璃材料作为高功率激光器输出窗口的可行性作出评价。
The transmittance of 3.8μm laser and the failure threshold of the fluoro-aluminate glass under high power continuous DF laser were measured experimentally. According to the experimental results, the thermo-mechanical response and mechanical response of the fluorinated glass window under the action of the rectangular spot are simulated by the coupled thermoelastic theory and the large-scale finite element program. The mechanism of the failure of the fluorinated glass is analyzed, And compared with the experimental situation. Finally, the feasibility of using fluorine glass as the output window of high power laser was evaluated.
