本文研究了不同碳、锰及稀土含量对中锰稀土钢组织与性能的影响。中锰稀土钢的冲击韧性为39~107牛顿·米/厘米~2,抗弯强度为850~1200牛顿/毫米~2,硬度为HB180~260。用其制造的腭板强韧性足够,使用安全可靠,在非强烈冲击工况时的加工硬化效应比高锰钢强,使用寿命比普通高锰钢提高15~30%,而制造成本降低30%左右。
In this paper, the effects of different carbon, manganese and rare earth contents on microstructure and properties of rare earth manganese steel were studied. Medium manganese rare earth impact toughness of 39 to 107 Newton meters / cm ~ 2, the flexural strength of 850 ~ 1200 Newton / mm ~ 2, the hardness of HB180 ~ 260.
