以玉米秸秆和大豆秸秆为主要试材,以榆黄蘑的菌丝生长速度,生长势污染率、商品菇性状、生物转化率、投入和产出作为主要指标,研究这2种混合秸秆对榆黄蘑菌丝体和子实体生长的影响,评估这2种混合秸秆栽培榆黄蘑的可行性。结果表明:玉米秸秆和大豆秸秆栽培榆黄蘑的产量指标和经济效益较好,故这2种混合秸秆(玉米秸秆30%、大豆秸秆69%、石灰1%)栽培榆黄蘑是可行的。
Taking corn stalks and soybean stalks as the main test materials, the mycelial growth rate, growth potential contamination rate, commercial mushroom traits, bioconversion rate, input and output as the main indicators, Mycelia and fruiting body growth of yellow mushroom, evaluate the feasibility of these two kinds of mixed straw cultivation of yellow elm mushroom. The results showed that the yield and economic benefits of S. yunnanensis were better than that of corn straw and soybean straw cultivation. Therefore, it is feasible to cultivate P. yunnanensis with two kinds of mixed straw (corn stalk 30%, soybean straw 69%, lime 1%).
