目的观察儿童龋齿预防及治疗中窝沟封闭剂联合含氟凝胶的应用效果。方法选择本院儿童口腔科2015年3月~2016年3月接收的龋病患儿104例,随机抽取52例作为观察组,给予窝沟封闭剂联合含氟凝胶治疗,另52例作为对照组,给予单纯窝沟封闭剂治疗,均随访1年,观察两组患儿龋齿发生情况、邻面龋发生情况、窝沟封闭剂保存情况,并计算龋均值。结果观察组患儿龋齿发生率、邻面龋发生率、龋均值均低于对照组,窝沟封闭剂完全保存率高于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童龋齿预防及治疗中,窝沟封闭剂联合含氟凝胶具有良好的应用效果,可提升儿童口腔健康程度,减少龋病的发生。
Objective To observe the effect of preventing and treating caries in children by using pit and fissure sealant combined with fluorine gel. Methods A total of 104 cases of dental caries received from our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and 52 cases were randomly selected as the observation group. The fissure sealant combined with fluoride gel was treated and the other 52 cases as the control Group were treated with simple pit and fissure sealant. All patients were followed up for 1 year. The occurrence of caries, adjacent caries and preservation of pit and fissure sealant in both groups were observed and mean caries were calculated. Results The incidence of dental caries, the incidence of caries in the adjacent caries and caries in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The complete preservation rate of fissure sealant in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In pediatric dental caries prevention and treatment, pit and fissure sealant combined with fluorinated gel has a good application effect, which can improve the oral health of children and reduce the incidence of dental caries.
