本文提出在pH=2.0~2.6的氯化钾—盐酸介质中,利用钛与邻苯二酚紫及十六烷基三甲基溴化铵生成三元络合物,其最大吸收在700纳米处,摩尔吸光系数达3×10~4升·摩尔~(-1)·厘米~(-1).在抗坏血酸存在下,对某些钢中的钛进行了测定.本法灵敏度高,重现性及稳定性好,有较好的选择性,条件试验表明Fe(Ⅲ)25毫克,Cr(Ⅵ),Ni(Ⅱ)6毫克,Co(Ⅱ)5毫克,Al(Ⅲ)3毫克,Mn(Ⅱ)2毫克,Cu(Ⅱ)0.8毫克,V(Ⅴ)0.6毫克,Bi(Ⅲ)、As(Ⅲ)、Ph(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)Ce(Ⅲ)0.5毫克,Zr(Ⅳ)、Th(Ⅳ)0.1毫克不影响测定.适用于钢中微量钛的测定.
In this paper, we propose a ternary complex of titanium with catechol violet and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in a potassium chloride-hydrochloric acid solution at pH = 2.0-2.6, with a maximum absorption at 700 nm , The molar extinction coefficient is 3 × 10-4 L · mol -1 cm -1 .The titanium in some steels is measured in the presence of ascorbic acid.The method has high sensitivity and reproducibility The results showed that Fe (Ⅲ) 25 mg, Cr (Ⅵ), Ni (Ⅱ) 6 mg, Co (Ⅱ) 5 mg, Al (Ⅲ) (Ⅲ), Ph (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ) Ce (Ⅲ) 0.5 mg, Zr (Ⅳ), Zn Th (Ⅳ) 0.1 mg does not affect the determination, suitable for the determination of trace titanium in steel.
